We want you to love your purchase. If things aren’t quite right, we’re here to help.
1. The Return Window
You have 5 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund or exchange. After 5 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility & Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

In its original packaging with all tags attached.

Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items: Sale items, gift cards, and [any specific items like intimate apparel or personalized goods] are final sale.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at caarakterwear@gmail.com with your order number. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization and the mailing address for your package.
4. Shipping Costs

Defective or Wrong Items: If we made a mistake, we’ll cover the shipping.

Change of Mind: For standard returns, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [5–10] business days.
